Dr. Fady Karam, the EHCS Operations Officer, participated in the strategic meeting between the General Authority for Healthcare Accreditation and Regulation (GAHAR) and the League of Arab States’ Department of Sustainable Development. The meeting focused on enhancing cooperation to support the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, particularly improving healthcare quality and promoting sustainability in the Arab region. Discussions emphasized adopting quality and sustainability practices in healthcare systems aligned with SDG 3 (Good Health) and SDG 17 (Partnerships). Participants agreed to establish joint mechanisms for sustainable development, providing technical support and training to improve healthcare services and foster regional integration.
